I luurrv how this came out. X3
Inque is perhaps the second deadliest villian I know, only trailin' The Joker.
Inque is a metahuman who made her first appearance in the animated spinoff series, Batman Beyond in the first season's first Episode, Black Out, and returns again in Disappearing Inque and Inqueling and makes a brief appearance in The Call, Part 1.
Bein' a metahuman, Inque perhaps is, physically, the deadliest metahuman villainess to appear in the Batman universe, easily eclipsing the show's main antagonist, Blight in effectiveness. In her base form, she appears to be human, save for a very pale skin tone with a tinge of blue. While engaging in battle or during infiltration, Inque assumes a featureless, amorphous form. In all of her three main appearances, she has come the closest to killing both Batmans, Bruce Wayne and Terry McGinnis.
All I can say was that I was uh...weirded out by Inque when I first saw her and she was an inspiration for Youchi as well. o:

In the first episode, she nearly sliced Batman (McGinnis) into pieces but was flash-frozen by Mr. Freeze's old Freeze Ray.
In the next episode, she almost killed the old Batman, but McGinnis threw a Batarang into the ceiling screen, allowing the rain to force her down the drain
In the third episode, she almost broke McGinnis in half but succumbed to dissolving when the tampered mutagen used to restore her kicked in. This was the last episode in Batman Beyond she appeared in
She appeared once more in Justice League, facing Batman again, but it is defeated when she attempted to hold a man by hostage who was actually Superman in disguise
