I really really love it so far. For that matter, I'm not sure what you still want to add or change. :)
The background is gorgeous and reminds me of old classic styled paintings (Please don't kill me here, I have no classic art knowledge xD)
On to the inner detail:
You captured a very loving mood and pose there. Plus it sparkles intimacy and love for each other. Something I think is very important in getting a drawing like this to really work. :)
