Actually, I quite admire the airbrush shading :D I didn't realise it was lazy ... I'll have to start using it!
Maybe it's my grounding in traditional media that's lead me to use the Painter tools that 'feel right' for me, and as it happens are more 'painterly'? Also the fact that this fellow is supposed to be a grungy, crazy itinerant shaman type.
