In the UK there is a special annual event called Children In Need, whose mascot is a yellow bear called Pudsey, with a spotty bandana/ bandage who represents poorly and disadvantaged children, and they raise alot of money! this year they raised £31million in a day, its a big televised event.

Mulder was out and about helping to fleece people of money for the cause :)
