So I actually had planned on doing this yesterday, but once again I have impressed myself with the speed I can produce artwork with. I have no idea why I procrastinate on things when I can just pull it out of a hat in a few hours. Dear goodness, I was all "Faster, faster. Come on. Finish like now!" But everytime I thought I was done I realized I'd forgotten something. So it took me a bit. D: I feel so lazy, I didn't shade it! *sighs*

I must have thrown this background together in under fifteen minutes. It was ridiculous. XD But, it is a gift nonetheless and I really, really wanted to make sure I at least finished it within close proximity to dates. XD And whom better to draw arts of as a gift than Donovan and Casey? Especially since Casey's birthday is actually in november as well! Woot~!

I actually really love these two characters, they are by far the cutest father-son like individuals even though Donovan is actually Casey's uncle (Casey's mother's half-brother, yup) The bond between them is actually very sweet and full of adorebs and feels. So yeah. Also, first time I've drawn Donovan, so I hope I didn't do too bad on him. He's a caracal if anyone is wondering. c:
