Yeah pretty much! He's the Sky Spirit and protector of the island and the Riito people that inhabit it. His tail usually dangles down into the volcano below through a crack and he occasionally gets off his fat ass to fly and set fire to things.

Everyone loves Valoo! I could literally just stare at him for hours...days...weeks...XD
Whenever a new Zelda game is announced I always hope that they'll include him again...I don't think Nintendo quite realise how high the demand for him to return is! So for now I'll just have go keep drawing him to make up for it...
