I think this tail is pretty awesome and realistic. I love the rusty color used on the underside especially. I used four or five different guard hair colors.

AHH this one is amazing!! So many colors!
The texture of the fur looks particularly realistic, too. Great mix of guard hairs, normal silky ones, and even a few kind of crinkly looking ones in some of those pics. Very real looking!!
I really particularly like the shape of this one, too. It's a great length, not too long... but still SO full and fluffy.
I know you're going to take a break from tails soon... it really looks like you're going to "go out" with a bang, though! Awesome awesome stuff.

Cardi always gives me a pretty large amount of artistic freedom, so I love doing her tails because I can use so many colors and types of yarns and guard hairs... I am glad that you can appreciate all of the detail as well! Almost every unique color in this tail is a different brand, and I love how they all came together. It makes me happy that you can appreciate the detail!
It's 19 inches, and I really think that's about perfect for a wolf tail. A lot of people want to go longer than that, and that's fine, but they really shine at 17-20 inches, I think. Really does allow them to have the right shape!
