Wow, it's been awhile :D More PsychoNauts fanart, yay!
Been working on this for like, ever. The longest part was drawing the backround and laying down the colors. I did all the shading in one day o_o.

I'm quite pleased with how this came out. Me very happy. I am still working on water, though.
