"Good form Fuel, make sure to keep it up for the full set got it?"
"Yes sir!" He smiled in reply as he watched his mentor get ready to lift the weights he had prepared, as always impressed by what Kenneth could do.
"Alright... one... two...THREE!" He let out a loud grunt as he lifted the weights up and above his head holding them there to test his endurance. He smiled to his protege, having caught him staring "Give it time Fuel, you should be able to try this too"
"You can bet on it Kenneth!" was his reply, keeping an eye on him, specifically his flexed muscles.
