Stuff like this I wish I could draw, I always loved architectural buildings at night they looked amazing. How did you render it to night thought, never learned how to do that.

just requires setting up the light in the right place, its abit more challenging in that you need to fine tune the lights to look good.

Hm, interesting design. I was going to mention that it doesn't look very cost effective, but I suppose there has to be some company out there that doesn't care about that. Buildings with strange designs do still appear from time to time. If it's just plain office space, I dunno. Seems like more of a design for a huge department store, where attracting the attention of potential buyers comes more into play. No one working a 9-5 is gonna care the building looks like that. :P

I was part of a team churning out concepts. This was something for the 'upper range', there are 3 other more mundane designs. Depends on what the client wants, we'll see which moves onto the next stage.

Sounds like a good plan. I'm sure you know much more about it than I do. :)
