I haven't figured out a name for this comic project yet, but this is the same one that I teased earlier with that little GIF thing. I'm hoping to go for a nice mix of dystopia and comedy with it, but I'll see how well that goes.
I don't know when this is actually going to happen, I'm taking a break from full-out comicking for a while so I can focus on other things (Like worldbuilding for this project and actually picking up on my gorram mineblog again), but stay tuned!

Indeed they could, though in this case only allowing a further 1000 citizens in helps keep the populace under control. If they can sustain another 40k gansir, then mixed numbers and letters will happen.
