Introduction Rakuten the Suicune! Or Rako for short.

He's one of the Legendary Guardians in Pokemon Vs Aliens.
His name has a meaning. Rakuten means optimistic in Japanese. He should be a fun character because, due to his name's meaning, will see a bright side to just about anything. This will also play a role in the story.

When will he appear?
Well.... Most likely, we'll be seeing Rako in the next update of Lily's story. But also most likely, one of the other character's episodes will be released before Lily's next update.
