wow I really forget to upload anything anymore
For my friend,
rpdofficer of his character RPD the Licker!
I’ve been wanting to draw some fanart of him for awhile since I find the character to be so much fun and I wanted to draw him freely. This was a super nice break away from commissions. I wanted RPD to be kinda mutating with him being larger and more monstrous than usual. I guess someone pissed him off way more than usual.
Also there’s a small story behind why his tongue looks so oddly detailed. That story involves ambein and my brain thinking there was a city inside the tongue.
