I guess you can say she is my fursona?? I have had her for 10 years now and has always been a symbol of me in some way.
Here is what I posted as a description on DA ENJOY:
It was at 1 this morning and I was thinking:
"What should I draw?"
Then Scitt appeared. Since this was sketched digitally I thought slapping some color on it would be nice. I feel bad that I never really talk about Scitt. Back when I was always on this site I always posted pictures of Scitt. Granted she didn't have a story really (some sonic fan character bs) but she was still liked I guess from people on here. For the past... geez, 3 years I have been struggling to find out who this character is. I had ideas that I liked and that was about it. I didn't have a set story for her or a purpose.
Until I started working on a concept called Fluffy Potpourri.
Fluffy Potpourri is about a seamstress named Puff that travels all over the world and creates dressed for characters with monstrous or interesting limbs (large hands, fins, ect). She has a partner named Nicki that is her model and wears all her clothing ideas and does photo shoots with her. While on their travels they were almost robbed. Thankfully a little mysterious kitten shows up and knocks out the thieves. That character is, of course, Scitt. She tells them that they need a body guard and Puff, being as relaxed as she is, agrees and Scitt tags along with the group. Scitt's real motive is to see the world and to visit the Mushroom Forest where Puff is from. There is only one forest like that left in the world and Scitt is determined to see it. Before Scitt joined the group she was a nomad fulfilling a childhood dream: see all of the world before you die. She was inspired by an old man that met her when Scitt was little. He gave he a map of the world and that is the map she goes by and marks off spots on while she travels.
Scitt has become more like me over the past two years than she has ever been. Before she was just a figure head, but now she is a little bit more now that she has story that I actually like.
