Ahhh...I remember how this character even came into existence...a friend of mine's brother drew Fulgore for a Nintendo video-game character creation competition...the winner would get their character put in a SNES game, and my friend's brother won. The design was changed just enough that they wouldn't have to pay him any royalties, though. The original Fulgore didn't have the beam claws ~or~ the pony-tail, but I think he looks better with them. Sadly, both of these friends passed away within a few years of each other..

Great work on this, though. Love the style you threw in!
