The Gurb has grown much larger now, approximately 9 feet in length from nose to tail tip. They usually weigh in around 800 pounds. The tunnel and cavern system they create to live in is often littered with shards and debris from broken crystals. As the gurb continue to grown, so does the size of the crystals on its body. Despite what it may seem, the small, finite crystals that lay as a bed are actually tiny clusters of crystal bundled together, with a sort cohesion to the epidermis, allowing for free motion, without discomfort or difficulties moving due to the small crystal bed. However, the larger crystals become too heavy in certain places, and make it difficult for the gurb to move. These are the crystal shards found in their cave systems.

Sometimes Gurb can be seen by their cave entrances, laying on large rocks while the sun is out. The heat and light energy becomes stored in the crystals, boosting their glow and vibrations they cause. Sometimes, if enough are outside in the sun, the vibrations the crystals emit is so strong from other Gurb, that they can be heard as a sound. But these are just theories as of yet.

Elder adoptables will be getting full shading and lighting, etc. Though ive decided to add one detail part for each adoptable (the earlier images were just flat colours to not have any confusion for colours designs or something else of importance).
took me forever to think of a way to do the crystal skinbed without drawing each and every individual crystal. nothing else to report about as everything are bad things >.>;;
