Here is my second character in the PCA: Eucalyptus Snowlily. He is sorta like Samuel, only...friendlier. Just be sure that you wear a jacket or something before approaching him.

WARNING: Possible side effects of meeting Eucalyptus may include but are not limited to blue skin, super effectivity, freezing status, fainting, and a strange obsession with snow lilies.
