I think in the end you should be fine. in the end it could be considered a cover or remix( even thoguh remix is normally used for more electronic things it fits under a broad spectrum of things ) and if something does come about for some odd reason then you could just take it down^^
^^ As my name suggests, I enjoy piano music a lot, and I have to say you have amazing piano skills. Even though you didn't compose it yourself, all aspects of the song (notes, dynamics, ect) are very clear, and the overall song sounds very nice. You're doing the composer a great service with this post.
