Name: Hyosho "Ice Crystal"

Species: Unicorn

Personality: Aloof, 'cold,' snippy, observant, bossy, generally composed (though he does have his moments of silly-ness.)

Likes: Books, sweets (Especially vanilla ice cream), Chilled weather, kittens, parties, finery wear and magic.

Dislikes: Being touched, fire, ponies who are overly friendly at first

Bio: He's from the far north, in a small frozen village. After his hut made up of imported straw and wood was burned to the ground, the only think he really had to do at the new home he'd been moved to was read. He came across a rare find of readings about the crystal empire. Fascinated, he became an avid fan of King Sombra, he wanted to rule an empire. One afternoon he ended up stumbling upon a male unicorn who resembled the exact description of King Sombra himself, which, Hyosho found out later that he was that King whom the young unicorn admired so much. He chose to help King Sombra and ended up making an empire of ice after finding he had a knack for making great things from the frozen water as they waited for that day his lord would retake the Crystal Empire.

He watched within the panes of ice in his throne room, his King take over. He was doing well ... but ended up being brought down by a group of do gooder ponies. Seeing his great king defeated Hyosho left his castle and empire which he built and went to wander the lands to learn all he could. He's become well known for bringing the ice and cold of the northern icy wastes with him wherever he goes.
