I've occasionally been flicking between moods, from happy to self hate in a matter of minutes for no reason at all. I'm trying not to push these emotions away and get them out instead. I've been on the waiting list for CBT for a while, had to call in today so I can confirm I still want to be seen. Let's hope I can get on it soon and destroy some negative habits.
