They make a sweet couple. I can see them hanging out together but neither really hitting it off until skipper sees her deep throat a fish ;)

Actually, in the show she gets cured of her feral behavior. And she has been feral free in episodes since, and even does start leaving the zoo more often. :D I usually like to think that, once she and Skipper become a couple, he likes to try and do more outings outside the zoo walls. Mostly because she, unlike characters like the penguin cast and the lemurs, hasn't really gotten to see the world.
