Well, sort of. :3 It's from the tabletop White Wolf RPG Werewolf: the Apocalypse. There are homid werewolves, which are werewolves born as human and then turn to werewolves later in life, lupus werewolves, which are born as a wolf and turn later, and metis werewolves, which are born as werewolves.
They (metis) always have some type of deformity. This guy's deformity is that he's super-tiny (he's only 6' tall; normal werewolves in the World of Darkness are like 9'-10' tall).
