Hopefully these are self explanatory, they'll make more sense as the forum goes into more use. I'm here to answer any questions at least.
I was going to include the pants in the designs but as they vary widely depending on if the character is planigrade or Digigrade I decided to have all the uniforms be distinguishable from the waist-up instead. Theres only two different styles of pants anyway (aside from being digigrade/plantigrade acessible) so it didn't matter in the long run.

It's no worse than the Galactic Empire's ranking system. Still, some color variation or an emblem identifying someones position, wouldn't be bad, as the captain and accountant uniforms differ only by two buttons. Oh god, worst super hero ever. Captain Accountant, CPA. He can't save the world, but he will review your 401k.
Think of it this way Researchers and doctors need asisstants, filing paperwork, prepping slides. Doctors and researchers specialize in a certain feild of research and medical professions while nurses and lab asssitants are trained in more general feilds untill certified.
Very nice! Not sure what my character's uniform would look like, but then I'm planning to rework him anyway. Right now, he'd probably fall under Base Operations. I hope to redesign him into something closer to R&D, though still pertaining to the dungeon(s). I'm sure it'll all work out anyhow.
yours among a few others isn't listed since they're more specialized and assigned to a fewer number of individuals, the ones shown here (with the execption of the officer and accounting uniforms) are worn by a wide margin of minions I'ts more important to be able to recognize who your officer is in the ranks. I will be adding them in another submission later though.
So what does "base operations" entail, exactly? I couldn't help but notice that this is the uniform the Ceslatos brothers got. I'd imagine that they'd be in different departments if they weren't physically attached to each other, so finding a solution for what to do with them might be tricky.
I'd assume it would be analogous to people doing the work to keep things running. Not "Janitors" but everything from mechanics (engineers and technicians), office workers (Accountants, for instance), to clerks, secretaries, and your friendly "is the monitor turned on?" IT support.
