Bags has never really found a job that suits him. From time to time, however, he tends to offer his services as a babysitter. He's able to make even the most disobedient kids quiet. And he's so eager to help, he does it all for free and often shows up unannounced.

So in other words, Bags breaks into peoples houses and eats kids. Bad raccoon!
