This little guy is Marcus Flint from the Harry Potter book and movie series. I don't know much about Harry Potter, so a character this distinct looking was certainly interesting to do. He's wearing a simplified version of the Slytherin Quidditch robes including a functional hood. The commissioner especially mentioned that they wanted his teeth showing, and I hope I did them justice ^w^
