His brother or other self has the same eye but on the opposite side of his face. You guys get to see what Pancakes eye loks like under his eye patch at least. He was hiding it because something bad happens when its reveal and what not. He will always wear the eye patch, so this is the only time i draw his eye expose like this or is it?

Pancakes loses control of himself when his eye is expose and has no control of his actions most of the time and its the same way like Yukio the Sneasel as well. He tries not to kill others but some things never gonna change with the two of them.
