Someone suggested working with expressions, and Cara's my favourite to work with when it comes to angry. Not over the top angry, I'll do that one another time.
Uber rushed background, I just didn't want to leave it blank, even though it looked better. Plus gives some insight to what's going on.

The only thing wrong with this attempt at conveying an expression is her eyes. A frown moves a lot of facial muscles and as such, the eyes would "change shape" as it were. They look too open here, as if her brow isn't doing anything so it's harder to read the expression past the eyebrows. Try lowering the lids a bit on the next attempt and you'll notice a difference.
Heck, make some faces in a mirror and you'll see what I mean. X3

Cara's certainly a good character for "angry". I can't quite put my finger on why, but she's actually rather intimidating here, too. Normally she tends to look more petulant than outright furious, barring the odd childhood temper tantrums like the recent picture of her demanding a cookie. But there's something about her attitude here that makes her look bout three seconds from utter fury and it certainly makes me feel bad for whoever she's speaking to. Which is a roundabout way of saying that you did a great job with her expression in this picture.
