I *almost* forgot I was given the go-ahead to post this today. >u<

Surprise anniversary gift art from for - he is currently stationed overseas and they wanted a piece that would convey the feeling of missing someone who is far away. I decided to place both of them in a window looking out over their respective countrysides, each thinking of the other and gazing at the moon. The song "Somewhere Out There" from An American Tail seemed fitting for this situation so it became the title.

Though my situation is by no means comparable, I can sympathize with those who have to be far from their mate. Even just a couple days can seem like forever, I can't imagine going months at a time. I hope you guys enjoy this one and that you can see each other soon. :)
