went to old town San Diego on the 1st for the Dia de los Muertos celebration, it's such a cool holiday! there were skulls and flowers everywhere, good food and good music.
for anyone who isn't familiar with Dia de los Muertos it's a welcoming of the dead holiday from Mexico where festive arrangements of food and flowers are set out for lost loved ones with candles to light their way
