Yes, I know I borrowed the name from the musical "Cats". It fit the character, so I didn't feel to bad about it. Anywho, after reading one of DC Comics' "Legends of the Dead Earth" books, I got the idea and threw in a few twists of my own. All in all, she turned out rather well.
Two things do bother me however: (1) I kinda goofed on her fingers a bit, and (2) I'm not sure if the Japaneese characters on her shoulder are entirely accurate. Despite that, enjoy!
