Here's a bio for him:

His full name is Harvy Sparks, and he is the son of the founder of Sparks Industries, an immensely successful mega electric company. Where most Shinx's are born with the ability rivalry or intimidate, Harvy was born with the abilities thick fat and gluttony. His father is the company's ominous cut-throat CEO, and his mother is the very much so the "Jewish mother" stereotype. She was a very nurturing woman and constantly made sure that he was never in short supply of food all throughout his childhood, and always knew how to get him to eat just a bit more through guilt or otherwise. This did miracles for his figure, as you can see, and also made sure he has a very hard time saying "No", especially when the question is "Do you have room for desert?"

Given this upbringing of constant luxury, Harvy never really learned the meaning of the word "moderation". Or, "portion size". He's inherited a sizable fortune, but never really been exposed to the real world or even ever had a job, giving him a well-meaning (if more than a little spoiled) but clueless demeanor. Harvy is pretty relaxed and in general kind, but can be quite a needy individual as a result of being spoiled rotten by his staff and parents his entire childhood, him being waited on hand and foot his entire life didn't do much to make him independent. However, while he does have many self-centered tendencies, he isn't malicious, he would never actively try to make someone else miserable for his own pleasure, quite the opposite actually. Despite all this spoiling, he is actually pretty easily embarrassed (particularly by weight/love of food), and when embarrassed he quickly becomes very shy and loses all assertiveness. Harvy's not very bright, he's not a moron but he doesn't really have much common sense. Likewise, Harvy's not the type to make complex plans, and he doesn't plan ahead very far, he just does what seems right and lets his staff handle the difficult stuff.

As previously mentioned, Harvy has a very difficult time refusing anything, and all throughout his life his staff and parents have spoiled him rotten with offers of food or to do things for him, all of which Harvy is too polite to refuse. As a result Harvy is cared for heavily in all things from being bathed and clothed by his servants to ending up eating many, many more servings than is comfortable for his stomach because he just can't say no to the servant asking if he would like some more. Harvy's not spoiled in spite of his kindness, but rather because of his kindness.

Despite his mother's attempts to match him with the other rich kids, Harvy hasn't had a lot of meaningful relationships. Usually Harvy isn't big on the dating scene, however he has no problems hitting on or trying to seduce someone he finds attractive, and Harvy does occasionally end up hooking up with someone. Even though he's out of the nest, his mom still will play matchmaker for him and find some way to convince/manipulate him to agree to go with whoever she picked out this month. Harvy's has always been much more for boys, but there are very rare exceptions.

He never really grew all that much, he's only about 5' even though he's in his late teens-early 20's. He has a feminine figure, and often has to buy from the women's section for clothes whenever his personal tailor is unavailable (possibly busy repairing all of the other clothes he broke). Though he usually ends up buying that sort of clothing regardless.

Because of his "abilities" and affinity for food, he usually is around 280-300 lbs, but that's just a minimum! He's got a big appetite and even larger stomach, so he often finds himself a lot heavier. As previously mentioned, Harvy's not the type to plan ahead very far, so when he finds himself a good deal heavier he will often be lacking properly fitted clothes as he doesn't plan enough to have purchased fat clothes. Or in his case I guess extra extra extra fat clothes.

He absolutely loves just about any food, he'll devour anything in just about any quantity as long as it's tasty! His favorite foods are cake, ice cream, doughnuts, dark chocolate by the block, and milkshakes. His favorite flavor is dark chocolate, but he also loves extremely sugary, sweet, or buttery/greasy foods as well. He's hopelessly addicted to sugar, and is almost always either on a sugar buzz or crashed, taking a nap on the closest furniture piece. It should be noted that while his favorite foods are all extremely sugary sweets, Shinxes are carnivores and felines, so whenever it's not appropriate for him to be solely glutting on his favorite sweets (perhaps having a friend over for a meal?) his food choice will gravitate towards foods like burgers, fish, fatty steaks, and the like.

He has many hobbies, but usually he'll pick something up for a week or two and may come back to it later if he feels that it was fun. He does regularly play video games, though he isn't very good at them. His favorites usually end up being games he can buy his way to victory in or sandbox games that he can't lose. His hobbies all tend to be sedentary activities, with some exceptions. Those exceptions usually don't last for long.

Most of the time though, he's either eating, sleeping, lounging about in various rooms, or some combination of the above. It isn't an uncommon sight to find Harvy passed out on the nearest piece of furniture after getting entirely too carried away with his boredom eating, or after having eaten several jumbo size popcorn bowls too many during a particularly exciting movie.

He doesn't like physical exertion, especially not exercise, though he will do it when necessary to prolong the lifespan on a set of clothing. Though all of his attempts at exercise usually end within a few minutes, with him being a huge sweaty mess collapsing on the ground trying to catch his breath after vastly overestimating any of his physical abilities. Harvy has little physical stamina, so his heavy eating alone is enough to wear him out.

Likewise, he's never been a big fan of most sports, he just can't wrap his head around "why they would run around like that for fun!". Though he wouldn't complain about all that greasy stadium food if he ever were dragged to an event, he'd be unlikely to watch the actual event, as he'd just spend all of his time clearing out everything edible in the luxury box and lounging, maybe whining a little as well if he runs out.
