Artist's note: I was just sketching here and there. I was getting ready for a commission on my list, since I'm not really strong the pony anatomy. However, out of the sketching I ended up making this new pony OC. *giggles* This is Velveteen Rouge, a victorian based character that dances of the bases of Grimdark and the normal universe of MLP:FIM. (Note: I'm not a huge fan of Grimdark and I don't really relish in the kill. However, I still want to give something from time to time to those who are grimdark fans.)

Bio: Velveteen Rouge is a famous bakery in the City of Leapton. ( The pony version of London.Its just a name on the stop. If you can come up with something better. Let me know. ) She is well known for her cupcakes and cakes with special moisture from her cocoa based batters. However, little does anyone know. She is Luna's go to Assassin. She often takes orders from Princess Luna and gets paid heavily for her service. She often put on missions to kill any serial murders or potential problems that might harm Equestria. Velveteen Rouge's choice of weaponry is a butchers knief and her heartrose axe that was given to her birthday, by her cousin.....Mrs.Cake.

In her family, Velveteen Rouge was considered the black sheep of the cake based family. Even, though she was dedicated to her love for baking like most of her family. She often had a weird fascination with blood, red and death. She often compared her assassin work to actually baking a cake. The delicate process of putting a cake together and the various colors that cover the cake. She would at times, in the back of her bakery. She would make cakes that resembles the kills she had made.(She would use the same colors of the pony that she killed and put their cutie marks on the cakes.) This is her way of bring honor and atonement for the sins she had committed. This later conflicted with her thoughts and feelings when she got her latest assignment. Luna had sent her a strict letter regarding of the cupcake massacre by Pinkamena Diana Pie. This assignment angered her greatly for she felt Pinkamena had defiled her repentance. She believe by taking something so pure like baking cakes and twisting into a homicidal adventure is beyond forgiveness. Velveteen Rouge vowed to destroy Pinkamena Diana Pie. However, she is in for a very horrific surprise, that might destroy Velveteen Rouge instead.
