I wish to practice my drawing with different animals/breeds, and this is a good way to do it.
Rules:
Leave a link or description of your character you wish me to draw.
Give me a theme or something you wish the icon to include: A pose, an item, a winter/fall/summer/spring/halloween/christmas etc icon.
If you leave this empty, I will wing it.
I will not draw Adult pictures with sexually explicit content (or extreme kinks), but I'm fine with mature content. Want your icon to only have boobs in it? Okay. Only penis? Okay. But not sex itself.
The pictures will be drawn on a tablet, and they will be colored. I might add extra flare in to it if I feel like it. (Do not assume you will get an animated icon, but you might get it if I feel like it.)

I'm not sure if he really needs the hair or not. You can decide upon that.
As for a theme, could you make it like a cute type or perhaps a valentines theme if possible, otherwise a generic background would be fine :)
