Well there are two parts to this description, so i'll start with her first.

This is Lunamaria Hawk (no cookies for guesing where i got the name :P ). She is my Scythe Wielding Ninja Catgirl character i resently started playing in Dungeons and Dragons. The image is still a WIP but the character is working our well :D

For those of you that play the game she has:
3 levels of monk (from "The Players Handbook")
2 levels of sword sage (from "The Tome of Battle: The Book of Nine Swords")
1 level of Shadow sun ninja (again from "The Tome of Battle: The Book of Nine Swords")

Now onto the second part of the description :S
During a slow night of D&D i started drawing, and came up with this image. Now once it was finished i had this overwelming feeling i had seen this before, and sure enough, after looking through some images i found something with a massive resembelance.
In light of this i feel i should give credit to  tailsrulz for a pic i believe has inspired this one. The pic is called Dark Krystal, and the artist is aware of the situation (i got permision before i posted mine :P )
