Chu as his friend calls him is a Leopard that has traveled the world and done things that most of the peoples of the world dream of. As a young man he entered the Military with his childhood friend. They took different paths and Chu was a rising cadet and looking to command his own ship some day. During a battle with the Awar the ship he was in was hit in the bridge and he was left alive. He took command of the battle ship and led the Empire to victory. Chu was awarded command of his own ship and soon he rose to be he commander of the Empires fleet. He led the attack that brought the last Red Fox into the Empires hands. As the country prospered he watched the workings become corrupt and rotten. He left the military with his friend and they wandered the world and one fateful night they met a Master that they ended up studying with for many years. He taught them about techniques that were from the Ancients and after they left their master the two of them caught the attention of the Fay of Winter and the Fay of summer as they fought the yearly struggle of seasons. The result was Chu wearing a ring that links him to the Fay of summer and she tried to control him as her puppet. However, Control was impossible and Chu found out removal of the ring is impossible. He once cut off his ring finger to rid himself of her and the next day his finger was restored with the ring intact. The Fay Goddess has a ring also and she cant remove it either.

Chu and his companion knew about when the Next Red Fox would arrive and they were given the task of being guardians for her. The Emperor grudgingly allowed them to handle this task. He arrived shortly after the Red Fox arrived and did his best to protect her. It was no easy task and he was a renegade and his friend locked up after they tried to protect her from a Serial abuser that was the Governor of the Eastern Provence's of the Empire. Cyan the pirate freed them with the Red Fox and it was not long before Cyan realized who he was. Chu became the General Officer on board the Dragons Breath and ran the ship when Cyan was not on the bridge. Soon he became second in command. He pledged himself to the Guild to protect the Red Fox. His names used are "The Locksmith, General Officer, Blood Commander Chu, and Now he is Blood Pirate Chu. His appearance is that of an old man. but who knows how old he really is. By his Friends last account he is approximately 250 years old! Chu is wearing the General commanders uniform of the Pirates Guild. He carries a gun and sword on his person. Smart, wise and highly experienced he is the only one that can stand up to Cyan and handle her. Enraging a Tigress can be a death wish and Chu knows it very well.
