This is a motivational picture for me. I like drawing things for me. My drawing hand cries, because I neglect it so much these days. ;_; Damn digital work.

Yah, uh, I agree here. You do need to start to draw by hand. Using the shape tools in MSPaint isn't going to get you very far, in the long run. It tends to make your pictures look very sterile and lifeless. It's quite a shame that you're so stuck to them, though - I imagine you could be great if you grew as an artist and adapted. :)
And you still use default MSPaint colours! There is really absolutely no reason to use them, as it's so easy to mix up new ones. MSPaint colours are terrible! If you need help with the palette, I have a submission to help you:
