That's an old uncompleted fanart i restored and decided to upload.
It's about a very unknown book Switchers of Kate Thompson

Together another unknown book (Tiger, Tiger of Melvin Burgess ) it's the one that made me love animals and fantasy. I read it when i was very little, i'm happy because not much time ago i managed to contact and exchange a pair of words with mr. Burgess

However
Switchers is a single novel about childs that turn themselves in animals by will.
There is a science-fiction theme too, but i was fascinated by the whole concept.

And here there is a small spoiler scene of the ending
(they realize at some point that can changes even in mytological animals)

It's a very pretty old book that i suggest to read (as many maaaaaany others XD)
(ps: YEARS later someone pointed me that the author actually made it a trilogy with two sequels.... but to be fairly honest neither of the follow-up stories have the charm of the first story that also had a quite more satisfactory "open" ending in my opinion v-v)
