Crown fits 23" snug. smaller sizes would fit as well, maybe 22 or 21.

Outisde head measure 19 long and 12 tall. It's a rather large head.
Fur used to make it: Sy fabrics Minky brown and black, and 2" shag, all from Sy Fabrics so you can make a suit and such for it if you want to use the same fur.
