I'm sorry for being short with you the last time I replied. I realize that I came off sounding like a jerk and that was wrong of me.
I might be able to do one for you, but it'll take some time. Your character has human-like feet, so I'd have to draw new ones from scratch. I'd also have to redraw the face, which is no big deal, but it still takes time. If you're still interested and don't mind the wait, please note me with the details.

I can do an otter for you! I just don't feel up to redrawing the paws, socks, and shoes to fit something new. The character's face is easy enough, and it looks like your character's paws would fit the model with only slight modifications for the webbing. $5 would be fine if you're happy with the basic layout.
