...Is cooking. Which, if you follow my G+ feed you probably already know. I won't spam my FA with pics, but I'm particularly proud of these. Homemade bourbon marshmallows are amazing. @_@ NOM. They're fairly simple, too. No corn syrup, no candy thermometer. For the curious, you can find the recipe here. All I did was exchange the vanilla for some high test straight bourbon whiskey. The hardest part is waiting for them to finish setting so you can actually EAT them.

Seriously, try the one I linked in the description! I was afraid at first because a lot of the ones I came across want you to use a candy thermometer, but this one doesn't! I ordered the bourbon, and the guinness mallows from Wondermade last week for my husband, which was what inspired me to try making my own. I had no idea it was so simple!
