how can on get off of his/her ass if her/she could not sit on their ass in the first place? for an ass is needed to sit. Granted, to have one's ass sit on said ass is impossible unless one cuts off his/her ass and sits on said ass with the part of the body where the said ass would have been; had it have not been cut off.
