Ramona Re-Design
The only real female character I have is Ramona, and I have to say, I don't like the design and color choices I've given her lately. I keep re developing her because I'm not sure how I want her portrayed. Or, at least don't know how to get it across. I like her original take as a punk-rocker with a dry wit, but that seemed to stereotyped to me. She's supposed to be a fierce woman whose cocky and likes to have a good time, but isn't afraid to show her sensitive and feels comfortable in her skin because she knows she's attractive
Kind of a "I might look cute, but don't tick me off" kind of thing. I think I've finally gotten her down, or at least in a better sense than I have before. This is more the idea I'm going for, though she still looks a bit too innocent. Granted, I haven't had much experience drawing girls, so when I go for a more confident look with them, they end up looking like guys to me
Any ideas on how to change that, or does she looks good as is? This is an outside outfit she wears, I have yet to decide on actual attire for her xD

find girls that have that look you're looking for (no matter how small) and draw them and mix and match. another thing im guess that might be givig you trouble is you treating the character like a mxe and match game. trying getting inside the character head on how she acts, how she acts to people, and events and she be more clear to you.
