I decided to take a crack at redesigning Mad to make her look less derpy and more attractive. And yes, the design is partially based on the "What if Mad were hot?" pic. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10378773/ No guarantees that this design will stick, but I kinda like it.
Changes:
Long bangs framing face.
Glasses (seen atop her head here).
Eyes are cold and disdainful rather than insanely enraged.
