They keep calling for snow where I live, but it still hasn't happened yet. I'm really looking forward to our first big snowstorm. Inspired by thoughts of freshly fallen snow, I painted this last night!
This was also inspired by the game Journey. I haven't played the game yet, but I love the concept art and little bit of gameplay that I've seen. I'll play it someday!

Also, I know how you mean. Where I am, we usually get ALL of our snow in a span of two weeks. Sometime in February. I miss like, 14 years ago, when we would have white Christmases.

We've always had white Christmases from what I recall, which I'm thankful for. A few years ago we came within a couple of weeks of having a green one, but it ended up snowing a bunch in those two weeks! It's hard to imagine not having a white Christmas here.
