It's the water dragon of planet Sesetai, which is the planet of Sayuki and her nephew, Maolong, who were both Captains on prince Amefrio's spaceships.
There are 27 dragons in the story of Destroyed Timelines in total. They don't appear often, but they are the guardians of the chemicals that they're named for. There's also a Heavenly Dragon, a Dragon Lord of Hell, a Dragon of the Godly Realm, and so on....
I realize that this isn't my best drawing of a dragon, but I wanted to put something else up here. Fun fact : all of my dragons' faces are based on me, drawing Anubises....
