I had the tail made by the owner of Mer-chandise - she makes a lot of different mer-tails, including a dolphin that I really liked, so I sent her a notecard and asked if she'd be interested in doing a special project for me. She agreed. When I picked it up, she did mention that she will probably start selling it in her shop but I have not seen it there yet. Her prices are really pretty reasonable compared to some of the tails I've seen, and she has some lovely ones.
