Now, i love chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, because unlike other cookies they are not too sweet due to the oatmeal bringing the richness down, though adding peanut and caramel chips...hmm.
Well i like the IDEA of it, even though the fact that reducing the flower by mincing the oatmeal, would make the cookie taste again, too sweet. And i know sometimes sweet is good, but not when its a whole pack of cookies. I think it would cook alright, due to the fact that all the chips have around the same area of melting/burning point, and that it wouldn't be any different from the chocolate, and if done correctly might make a good cookie.
Though the reason for the oatmeal WAS to reduce sweetness and give a nice good not to over the top cookie, and adding BOTH caramel and peanut butter may put it to sugary. Though over all, i think i could handle it due to the fact, the left over flour would dampen the sweetness.

I like the idea, mostly because its got chocolate and caramel.
It reminded me of the Ghiradelli samples me and my friends would scarf down on Lincoln.

Oh, and after reading the comment by
nezerith , i realize i did forget to mention a reduction of the sugar in the cookie dough, sorry, i was tired :P
The change in flour/oatmeal is to make the cookie slightly denser.
I do like
Raidy's idea, Reese's are <3.
As for
vinta's, i used to make those in bakeshop, and they are made of win.
Oh, and best cooking video evar = http://youtube.com/watch?v=QYMrvO7jjc0
