So I was working in MS-PAINT and drew some Zoners as part of an exercise to try and draw some different looking things
Here are ☿, ♀, ♂, ♃ and ♄ Zoners.
The thing with Zoners is they're usually flickering in and out of view so you can't see them unless you're standing in certain places- Their pixel/symbol heads, however, are visible from any angle. Like a 2D symbol superimposed on your vision.
If you can see a Zoner, you can see it's symbol-head. They can show any kind of symbol possible.

well, when I came up with these guys ("Zoners") I decided they could have ANY kind or type of symbol for a head.
Zoner OTTO here for instance has the sprite of Evil Otto from Berzerk for a head: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11905539/
The original three Zoners I drew have a set of Japanese characters for heads http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10144143/ (though their colors are different)
pierrezaius drew me a Zoner at my request which he gave a bear emoji for a head on a whim: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10809075/
I only picked these specific planetary symbols in this drawing for well, the sake of the drawing. But yes, there could be 3 more, for Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. There could be 2 more on top of that for Sol and Luna.
and then if you look it up there are symbols for Chiron, Juno, Pallas and Vesta, so those 4 could also be there.
then there's the rest of the alchemical symbols,
and the 13 of the Western Zodiac.
It's like there's as many as there are symbols that humans use to represent stuff

well no, there is no connection between a Zoner's symbol and their power/capabilities.
And there's no limit to how many Zoners can share the same symbol. And their bodies run the gamut from very human to heavily distorted but still sort of humanoid to very barely humanoid in shape, but most of them are overall, larger than human beings.
Basically what Zoners do is they like to snatch away people. They sometimes do a thing where they appear in areas where the barrier between their home world and other worlds is weakest, and snatch inhabitants of the other worlds into their own.
Basically though, you can't see a Zoner unless you're standing at certain angles or within a certain distance range with respect to them- usually, if you can see one, you can't see the others quite as well. and even so they sort of flicker in and out of view, presumably this flicker is because of their "switching" between their own world and the world they're visiting. There are usually various spatial and visual distortions in areas where they appear that could tip a very observant person off to their presence, but there's no definite list.
When you're in the right spot to see a Zoner, their symbols are viewable from any angle- if you look at the space it's supposed to be, you'll see the symbol sort of superimposed onto your vision.
When I came up with them I had intended Zoner Otto would be the only Zoner with any kind of smiley face for a symbol. I also decided that he would be the most anomalous of the Zoners- he's huge, even when compared to the rest of them, and is sort of segregated from the rest of the Zoners in a sub-world/prison-world of his own. Even other Zoners are afraid of him. He snatches Zoners and non-Zoners into his domain with equal enthusiasm. And the most either of them ever get to see of him is his smiley face. He's basically big enough that he could snatch an entire city into his realm if he tried- and if that happened everyone within said city would have his face superimposed into their vision- and everyone for miles looking directly at the city or in it's direction would also see it (along with a sort of dark splotch on their vision)

that includes ascii and unicode symbols
so there's a chance that there's a Zoner with this for a head: http://www.fileformat.info/info/uni.....f34c/index.htm

ahhhh really? atmospheric?
MS PAINT is boss. It relaly helps me when I need to art but cannot deal with Pee Ess or That black and white dude from Naruto Shippuuden who is literally a Paint Tool or Flaming Llamas and Alpacas or their loading times or stabilizers or whatever
I mostly stick to like pixel tools rather than the fancy brushes Windows 7 paint introduced. if I wanna do that kinda painting I'd just go for the aforementioned softwares instead.

yeah, atmospheric and surreal (my fav combination hehe) ; v ;
IT IS, people diss it all the time which is upsetting ): it's very minimalistic compared to other programs (even the windows 7 version) which is why i like it? it pushes people out of their comfort zone, or well that's how its like for me hhh. i wish i could use other programs my computer cant handle it ): i only use mspaint but aaa anyway, its cool that you try different programs and experiment!
