Varanis Blackclaw in Ceremonial Armor! (gift by Razen Hashik
Razen wanted a crack at drawing Varanis, and passed a sketch by me a while back. I told him it was awesome and if he wanted to play around with my characters or race, he was more than welcome. I never imagined he would go so far and deliver something like this!!! I love his armor designs, and although I typical don't wear it, I figured a few light pieces here and there for something ceremonial might look cool, and add a bit more depth to the character. When he showed me what he came up, I was stunned, and I really like the look of the shiny metal plates across his limbs and shoulder. It's simply epic. Razen, I am humbled. <3

I never thought of that, but you are right. Also, Razen approached me wanting to depict my character, and spent a lot of time working on this, designing the armor and everything (because my character never really wears any otherwise), so I am quite grateful for such a gift. He's a great guy.
