True as that maybe, but once you reach the rank of Grand Duke/Duchess, the Black writ brings in trainers with Lv70 pokes including more powerful Gym Leaders, The Elites, and the Champ herself, sometimes there's even these gals with nothin but Audinos at lvs 55-65 granting a crapton of experience for extremely fast lv ups.
